the staff had no sense of customer service, zero smiles or anything remotely friendly. also, the elevator reeked of rotten fish. expected a warm welcoming gift or maybe an upgrade for my troubles, but clearly, they don’t believe in that. I almost felt good about this place, but just couldn’t let it slide!

I appreciated the clean and spacious room I stayed in. It had a fridge and microwave, which were convenient for keeping snacks and leftovers. The staff at the entrance greeted me warmly upon arrival. The shuttle bus service was a nice bonus, even though it typically only goes to the train station. I had a minor issue when I checked in. the front desk was attending to a shuttle run when I arrived late at night, which delayed my check-in. The room decor felt a bit dated, and I wish there had been more attention to small details, like ensuring all the toiletries were stocked. Overall, a decent stay, but definitely room for improvement in prompt service.

We loved our stay here, especially with the kiddie in tow! The comfy beds were perfect after visiting the amazing Wilcox Mansion, and the friendly staff really made us feel welcome during our stay.

Just a nice choice for overnight stay in Buffalo with excellent value for money. The curtains were dark and kept the light out perfectly for a good afternoon nap. Bring some snacks for your stay, as there are plenty of dining options nearby.
